Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your product. Opened and unopened products may be eligible for return. Approved refunds cover the product purchase price; original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your name and order ID so our team can verify your purchase.
3. Our team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Return the product according to those instructions. If an RMA number is provided, include it with your shipment.

Refund Processing
